Objectives

Set the default fiscal year for searches in CCH Axcess Workflow.

Environment

  • CCH Axcess Workflow
  • Manage Settings and Defaults

Procedure

The default fiscal year is set using the Manage Settings and Defaults Utility.

To Add or change the default Fiscal Year, do the following:
Note: This is a Firm-Wide setting.
  1. On the My View page, click the Utility Gear User-added image.
  2. Go to Setup Utilities > Manage Settings and Defaults utility.
  3. From the Default Settings, go to Firm fiscal year (Search Page Settings).
  4. Select the required fiscal year(s)
    • Note: To multi-select, press and hold the CTRL on your keyboard and then select the desired years.
      • Example: Press and hold CTRL and then select 2020, 2021, 2022.
    • The CCH Axcess Workflow best practice is to select the prior year, current year, and next fiscal year. 
  5. Click Save Default Settings
  6. Log out and back in to see the changes.
