Symptoms
- Export K-2/K-3 file to spreadsheet and nothing happens.
- Import from valid K-2 spreadsheet file and error message appears.

Please communicate with your system administrator to contact CCH Tax Technical Software Support team at support.cch.com Support > Contact Us, to Chat with Support, Open a Support Case, or call 1-800-739-9998, option 4, option 1, to report this issue. The Tax Technical Support agent will perform the following steps:
- Download the Application installer file AccessDatabaseEngine.
- Run the file.
- Complete file installation.
