Several backend processes need to be executed both when a firm is licensed for CCH Axcess iQ and when a staffer is given access to the application.
- Firms new to CCH Axcess iQ - When a firm becomes licensed for CCH Axcess iQ, events and affected clients will begin appearing within 2 days. Very large firms may take longer. This is to provide time for return data to be extracted from CCH Axcess Tax returns and affected clients' lists to be generated.
- Staff users new to CCH Axcess iQ - When a staff user is given access to CCH Axcess iQ, events and affected clients will begin appearing the following day. This is to provide time for Axcess permissions to be processed and applied to the affected clients' lists in CCH Axcess iQ.
