1. Forgot the password work for SSO?

SSO firms are not allowed to reset the password using the Forgot password option.

2. DocumentationWhile creating a user, the password field is missing.

For SSO-enabled firms, the password field will not be there, they have to use their SSO URL to log in.
I have some users that when they try to log in using this SSO link (https://login.xcmsolutions.com/xcmv2/SSO/ad?accountno=984345), get an error:

These were inactive users that were recently made active, their accounts and AD setups are all OK, so I’m not sure what is going on with them. Can you please let me know what I need to do to get these users to log in?

a. Please check the email ids are matching in CCH Workflow and SSO.
b. If this is ADFS. Please check your UPN (Universal Provider Number) set to email id as an identifier.
c. If this is OKTA. Please check your User-Id as an email id.

3. Are there any 2FA options available with CCH Axcess Workflow? Can it be configured with Microsoft ADFS or Azure for single sign-on?
No 2FA option is available in CCH Axcess Workflow but they cannot set up the MFA from their Identity provider side.

4. We have recently enabled the pilot SSO for our Axcess using ADFS and Azure using email as the claim. We also use both domestic and international outsourcing, both of which require multiple accounts to be active in our Axcess environment. What is the process for allowing these accounts to still be used, but also allowing us to use SSO? Is this possible?
It’s not possible

5. Our ADFS is warning us that the XCM SSO certificate from XCM will expire on 7/1/2022. Can XCM send us the new certificate before the current one expires?
