Objectives

To create a new user in CCH Axcess.
To Assign the CCH Axcess Autocheck license for users in CCH Axcess.

Procedure

In this video we are going to discuss how to add staff members and Assign the CCH Axcess AutoCheck license from the CCH Axcess Dashboard.

To create a new user in CCH Axcess, do the following:
  1. Open the CCH Axcess Dashboard.
  2. Click Application Links located on the left navigation.
  3. Under Staff, click Staff Manager.
  4. On the Home tab, click New > Staff.
    • Note: You can also right-click in the staff area and click New > Staff.
  5. On the New Staff dialog, select the appropriate template and click Continue.
  6. On the Staff Profile dialog, enter all appropriate information. 
    • Note: All items marked with a red asterisks are required fields.
  7. With the information entered, click Save.

To assign the CCH Axcess AutoCheck license to a user, do the following:
  1. Open the CCH Axcess Dashboard.
  2. Click Application Links located on the left navigation.
  3. Under Staff, click Staff Manager.
  4. Locate and double-click the staff member needing the CCH Axcess AutoCheck license.
  5. On the Staff Profile dialog, click Licenses/Product Access located on the left navigation.
  6. On the Select licenses/product access to assign dialog, select either CCH Axcess AutoCheck or CCH Axcess Knowledge Coach depending on which product your firm has licensed.
  7. Click Save & Close.
