Procedure
In this video we are going to discuss how to add staff members and Assign the CCH Axcess AutoCheck license from the CCH Axcess Dashboard.

To create a new user in CCH Axcess, do the following:
- Open the CCH Axcess Dashboard.
- Click Application Links located on the left navigation.
- Under Staff, click Staff Manager.
- On the Home tab, click New > Staff.
- Note: You can also right-click in the staff area and click New > Staff.
- On the New Staff dialog, select the appropriate template and click Continue.
- On the Staff Profile dialog, enter all appropriate information.
- Note: All items marked with a red asterisks are required fields.
- With the information entered, click Save.
To assign the CCH Axcess AutoCheck license to a user, do the following:
- Open the CCH Axcess Dashboard.
- Click Application Links located on the left navigation.
- Under Staff, click Staff Manager.
- Locate and double-click the staff member needing the CCH Axcess AutoCheck license.
- On the Staff Profile dialog, click Licenses/Product Access located on the left navigation.
- On the Select licenses/product access to assign dialog, select either CCH Axcess AutoCheck or CCH Axcess Knowledge Coach depending on which product your firm has licensed.
- Click Save & Close.
