Procedure
This video demonstrates the process for creating a client, adding a disclosure checklist and then completing the list using CCH Axcess AutoCheck.

To add a client, do the following:
- Log into CCH Axcess AutoCheck at AutoCheck.CCHAxcess.com.
- Click New Client located in the upper right corner of the screen.
- On the Add Client dialog, enter the following:
- In Client Name, enter the name.
- In File Reference, enter additional information (if applicable)
- In Period End, enter the date.
- In Status, use the drop-down to select the appropriate option.
- Click Add Client.
- Note: The newly created client will display at the top of the All Client list.
- Click the client name to open the client.
To add and complete checklists to the client, do the following:
- Log into CCH Axcess AutoCheck at AutoCheck.CCHAxcess.com.
- On the All Clients screen, click the appropriate client name.
- Click Add Disclosure Checklists located on the right side of the screen.
- On the Add Disclosure Checklists dialog, select the appropriate Year and Checklist using the drop downs.
- Note: When adding an Industry Specific checklists, you must also add a U.S. GAAP checklist.
- With the necessary checklist selected, click Add.
- Click the checklist located in the upper left corner of the screen.
- On the checklist, read each of the tailoring questions and select the appropriate answer.
- Note: All the tailoring questions must be answered to leave the checklist.
- Once all tailoring questions are answered, click Submit All AutoCheck Changes located on the right side of the screen.
- Note: Click Discard Changes to remove any changes made since the last save.
- With the tailoring questions answered, the menu on left side will now be complete. Continue selecting sections on the left and answer all questions.
- Click Submit All AutoCheck Changes to save the process.
