To Provide instructions on how to enable the use of an authenticator application for 2-Step verification for ProSystem fx Web applications

Environment

ProSystem fx Web Applications

Procedure

  1. Go to https://admin.prosystemfx.com
  2. Log in using your Single Sign On (SSO).
  3. Click 2-step verification
    • If this option is not available, log in to the site again with an SSO user with rights to configure staff.
  4. Select Smartphone authenticator and click Submit.
  5. Click OK on the next window.
To disable the use of the authenticator app for users unselect the Smartphone authenticator option in step 4 and click Submit.
