How do I set the client option to publish CCH Axcess™ Practice invoices to CCH Axcess™ Portal?

Follow the steps below for each client whose invoices you want to send to Portal.
  1. In Dashboard, click Application Links.
  2. Click Client Manager.
  3. Open the profiles for the clients you want to update.
    • Tip: You can select multiple clients of the same type and then click Update Multiple on the ribbon to apply this option to many clients at one time.
  4. Click Practice > Billing Options tab.
  5. In the Invoice and statement address section, select either Send a copy to Document (if your firm uses the version of Portal that integrates with Document) or Send a copy to Portal (if your firm uses the standalone version of Portal).
    • Note: If you use the version of Portal that integrates with Document and your firm has selected the option to publish to Portal in the invoice mapping setup, then sending a copy of the invoice to Document will also send it to Portal.
  6. Click Save.
