There are two ways that you can view PDF attachments in your return.

• Use the View PDF  button on your toolbar. This button will be active when you have PDF files attached to the return you have open.
  1. ​Click View PDF  on your toolbar.
  2. Select the PDF that you want to view.
  3. Click View.
• View the PDF attachments when print previewing the return.
  1. Click File > Print Preview.
     • Or click Print Preview ​ on the toolbar.
  2. Select the copies of the return that you want to preview.
  3. Select the e-file PDF Attachments check box for the return copies that you want to view the attachments in.
  4. Click OK. The attached PDFs display at the end of the Federal forms.

Note: To add the View PDF button to your toolbar, do the following:

1. On the toolbar, click Options > Customize Toolbar.
2. In the Available toolbar buttons column on the left, select View PDF Attachments, then click Add.
3. Click Close to close the Customize Toolbar window.
