How do you add Firm Specific Holidays for Calendar Scheduling in CCH Axcess™ Workflow?

Objectives

Setup firm Holidays to show in Calendar Scheduler. 

Environment

  • XCM
  • XCMscheduler
  • Calendar Scheduler
  • CCH Axcess Workflow

Procedure

You can add Firm-Specific Holidays using the Manage Settings and Defaults utility.

Add Firm Specific Holidays:
  1. Click on the Utilities Gear User-added image from the My View Page. 
  2. Go to Manage Settings and Defaults utility
  3. Expand the Firm Display Calendar Schedule
  4. Expand the Firm Holidays
  5. Choose the Location, Year and Date or Day of a month
  6. Click on Add new record option
  7. Fill in the required Firm Holiday details
  8. Click on Insert, this will add the firm holiday to the list.
