How do I set up the client option to send invoices from CCH Axcess™ Practice to CCH Axcess™ Document?

Follow the steps below for each client whose invoices you want to send to Document. You can select multiple clients of the same type and then click Update Multiple on the ribbon to apply this option to many clients at one time.
  1. In Dashboard, click Application links.
  2. Click Client Manager under Clients.
  3. Enter the client ID or name in the search box and press the Enter key.
  4. Double click on the client you want to edit.
  5. Select Practice > Billing Options.
  6. Expand the Invoice and statement address section.
  7. Select the check box next to Send a copy to Document.
  • Note: If you use the version of Portal that integrates with Document and your firm has selected the option to publish to Portal in the invoice mapping setup, then sending a copy of the invoice to Document will also send it to Portal.
  1. Select Save & Close.
