Understand how to increase the access level from Basic to Full Access.

Procedure
If you originally choose Basic Access for an account (gaining access to only three of the self-service tools listed in the Select an Action menu), but later find that you need to access one or more of the Full Access tools, you will need to return to the Manage Accounts page to supply additional information related to the account.
On the Manage Accounts page, click the Upgrade icon next to the account that should be upgraded from Basic to Full Access.
Note: Full Access is only available for 10 digit account numbers, these accounts numbers will start with a 400. To learn more about My Account Basic Access for 6 digit numbers, click here.
- In the Full Access dialog box, enter an Invoice or Order Number for that account.
- Click Submit.
- If successful, the addition of the account with Full Access will be confirmed on-screen.
The access level for the account now appears with a Full designation and, when that account is chosen, all self-service tool links in the Select an Action menu are active.
