How do I install CCH® ProSystem fx® Engagement or Workpaper Manager on a Terminal or Citrix Server?

Step 1: Install Terminal Services Database

Keep the following in mind when installing Terminal Services Database:

  • The Terminal Services Database should be installed to a static location that is accessible for all of the load balanced servers. This location should be a dedicated Windows server with enough space to store data being created in the Terminal Services Client module.
  • For robust environments (for example, more than 40 users), SQL Standard Edition or SQL Enterprise Edition are recommended.
  1. Complete all tasks in the Pre-Installation Checklist.
  2. Ensure that no one is accessing the server where the Terminal Services Database is being installed.
