How do I uninstall and reinstall CCH Global fx Client and Components?

  1. Uninstall CCH Global fx Client and Components.
  2. Do not reboot your workstation when prompted.
  3. In the System Tray, locate the Citrix Receiver icon if present.
    1. Right-click to bring up the menu.
    2. Choose Exit.
  4. In Programs and Features, if Citrix Presentation Server Client is present:
    1. Right-click on Presentation Server Client.
    2. Choose Uninstall, and if prompted, confirm the removal.
  5. In Programs and Features, locate Citrix Receiver.
    1. Right-click on Citrix Workspace.
    2. Choose Uninstall, and if prompted, confirm the removal.
  6. Reboot your workstation.
  7. Reinstall CCH Global fx.
  8. Reboot your workstation when the install finishes.
