Return Print Sets customize the conditions that documents print for each tax product, tax authority, and copy type. Print Sets can also determine the order in which documents print and suppress the printing of documents. The documents include forms, statements, reports, correspondence, invoices, separator pages, federal worksheets, federal schedules, state worksheets, and state schedules. A custom Print Set can be configured for the firm or for staff. Print Sets will be rolled forward from year to year as long as they exist prior to the 1.0 version being released each year.

To create a Return Print Set, follow these steps.

1. Open the CCH Axcess Dashboard.
2. Select Application Links from the navigation panel. 
3. Under the Tax heading, hover over Configuration
4. Select Return Print Sets.
5. Click New on the button bar.
6. If needed, select a different tax year.
7. Enter a name for your return print set. Print set names must be unique within each tax year.
8. Click Create to add a print set based on the default print set for the selected tax year.
9. Select another tax product tab, such as Corporation or Partnership, if needed.
10. Select a tax authority from the list of all supported and installed federal, state, and city tax authorities.
11. Select a copy type to display the list of form names and form properties that apply for the selected tax product and tax authority.
12. Select one or more forms, and the print option that applies. Use the CTRL or SHIFT keys to select multiple forms. You can also press CTRL + A to select all forms for the current copy type.
13. Select another tax product tab, if needed, and repeat the steps for each tax product you want to edit.
14. Select Save on the button bar to save your changes.
