How do I log into Configure Staff using the Single Sign-On (SSO) user ID for the first time?
To log in to Configure Staff for the first time, do the following:
- Go to https://admin.prosystemfx.com.
- In User ID and Password, enter the appropriate login information.
- In the Captcha field, enter the security code displayed.
- Click Login.
- On the Change Password screen, enter the desired password in the New Password field.
- The Password must be between 8 and 32 characters, must contain upper (A-Z), lower case (a-z), digit (0-9) and special char (!@#$%^*).
- Your user ID will be locked if you enter an invalid password five times. The administrator within your firm can log into admin.prosystemfx.com to unlock your user ID or reset your password.
- When entering your password, an indicator will appear if Caps Lock is on.
- You can display the masked password you have entered to verify it by clicking the Eye icon in the field.
- Passwords expire every 90 days. You will receive warning emails prior to the expiration date with a link to change your password.
- Select the check box to save your user ID until you modify it or it remains unused for 30 days.
- In Verify Password, enter the same new password.
- Click Submit.
- Click OK, when prompted the password changed successfully.
- On the Personal Access Question screen, use the drop-down to select a question from the list.
- In Answer, enter the answer to the selected question.
- Click Submit.
- On the Terms of Use screen, read the terms and click I Accept.
- Next, the account will need to be verified.
- Click Send the Code.
- Note: This will send an email to the address listed.
- In Code, enter the code from the email.
- In Remember this device, select the checkbox to have this device registered preventing having to verify with every log in.
- Click Submit.
