How do I run workstation install for Practice Management?
For Workstation Setup to succesfully install you may have to disable the Antivirus and Firewall during the workstation setup processTerminal Server Environment:
- Log in as the Admin Profile
- Open "Add Remove Programs"
- Browse to the ...\cpas\setup\vpm\setup.exe
- Click Run
- Accept the Licensing Agreement
- Required will be checked DO NOT select Remote
- Click Install
Workstation Environment
- Browse to the ...\cpas\setup\vpm\workstation
- Click on theProSystem fx Practice Management Icon
- Accept the Licensing Agreement
- Required will be checked .... If you are on a desktop, DO NOT select Remote. If you are on a Laptop that leaves the network and not use a VPN to access the server then select Remote.
- Click Install
