How do I configure the Communications profile for CCH® ProSystem fx® Tax?
Before completing the following steps, make sure to have the information from your Communication Profile letter. If you do not have this information, open a support case to contact Customer Support.
To enter the Communications Profile information, do the following:

- Open Office Manager.
- Click Configure Applications.
- Select Communications and click Configure.
- In the Internet settings section, select the Save proxy signon check box.
- In the Basic profile information section, enter the following:
- In Data center, enter the three initials for the Data Center located in your communications profile letter.
- Note: The initials are either LAX or EWR.
- In Login ID, enter your six digit account number.
- Note: This is the same number that appears in the Account no field.
- In Password, enter the password from your communications profile letter.
- Note: This password is not the same password associated with your Single Sign-On (SSO) login.
- In Data center, enter the three initials for the Data Center located in your communications profile letter.
- Click OK.
- Close Office Manager.
