How do I access my CCH eSign account?

The CCH eSign administrator that is set up in Office Manager, will receive an email with a temporary password and a URL to access their AssureSign account during setup.

The URL is: HTTPS://

  • At this screen, you will need to enter in the User ID and Password for the administrator that was set up in Office Manager.
    • User ID: This will be the email address.
    • Password: With the initial setup of CCH eSign, a temporary password is created.
      • Note: Once logged into AssureSign, the user will be prompted to update this password.

After the CCH eSign administrator has logged into the AssureSign account, they can start sending documents for eSign. The CCH eSign Administrator can also set up other users to access the AssureSign account.
