How do view the document report for CCH eSign?

Transaction Report - All documents sent for eSign can be tracked.

  1. Open an Internet browser and navigate to AssureSign.
  2. Select the Reports tab located in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Document Search under the 'Available Reports' section.
  4. In the Creation Date (MM/dd/yyyy) fields, enter in the appropriate From and To dates.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Scroll through the results to locate the desired document.
  7. Click the Document Name to view the document details.
    • Note: You can click Excel or CSV (located in the upper left corner) to save this list to your local machine.

DocumentTRAK allows the user to integrate their status tracking of eSign documents with the firm’s process. Tracking information is sent via web notifications.
