Where is the location of the downloaded files from Software Delivery Manager?
The Default location for downloads through Software Delivery Manager is "C:\Users\[UserName]\Documents\ProSystemfxSoftware."
If the default location of downloaded files was changed, please complete the following to locate the download location:
- Open CCH Software Delivery Manager.
- Log in with your SSO and password.
- Click Settings.
- The "Save file to" section will reveal download location.
- Browse to that location in Windows Explorer.
Note: Software Delivery Manager does not deleted the downloaded files. You can manually delete the install file(s) but we recommend to keep the latest installation file for each year in case you need to reinstall it.
