​​Form instructions are in PDF format. To view them, you must have a PDF reader such as Adobe® Reader® installed on your computer.

There are three ways to access form instructions in IntelliForms:

• On the Blank Forms tab, click the View Instr link to the right of the form listing.
• On the Blank Forms tab, select a form, then click Instructions in the toolbar.
• When a form is open, click Instructions in the toolbar.
