You can integrate CCH® ProSystem fx® Scan with CCH Axcess™ Document or CCH® ProSystem fx® Document in different ways:

• You can move completed CCH Scan jobs directly to CCH Axcess™ Document or CCH® ProSystem fx® Document from within CCH ProSystem fx Scan by using the AutoFlow Wizard interface.
• You can manually add files to CCH Axcess™ Document or CCH® ProSystem fx® Document by opening the Export folder and adding the files in Document's Add Files dialog
• You can use the Routing Queue of CCH Axcess™ Document or CCH® ProSystem fx® Document.

The method you will want to use will depend upon the Scan to Document workflow that will most benefit your firm.

• Using the AutoFlow Wizard interface is most appropriate if your firm normally won't use the Routing Queue in Document and if you don't want to access and move files in the Windows interface.
• Manually add files to to CCH Axcess™ Document or CCH® ProSystem fx® Document requires less initial configuration than does the Routing Queue method and does not require creation of Routing Slips before creating the Scan job. Click to find out how to send documents directly to CCH Axcess Document Scan without using the Routing Queue.
• Using the Routing Queue allows for a seamless workflow once the Import TIFF file is created and imported into Scan.
