Portal e-mail messages comes from DoNotReply@cch.com and the "Reply To" e-mail address shows the e-mail address used for the Firm Admin.

We do this to ensure that you and your clients will receive Portal e-mail notifications instead of these e-mails being caught in spam filters used by popular e-mail services.

You cannot change this setting in Portal.
