Steps to Return a Publication

  1. Review Return Policy
    • To receive a refund or credit all returns must comply with the Wolters Kluwer return policy.
      • All items must be returned within 30 days of shipment.
      • Items must be in their original condition, and shrink wrapped products must be unopened.
      • All returned items must be accompanied by an RMA to recieve a refund or credit
      • Custom printed orders or orders in quantities of 50 or more cannot be returned.
    • All valid returned items will be processed within 6 to 8 weeks of receipt.
  2. Request and Print Authorization (RMA)
    • To obtain an RMA you must be logged in to support.cch.com. Review our knowledge base for details on how to create an account.
    • Go to My Account to request an RMA. Review our knowledge base for instructions on how to create an RMA.
  3. Prepare Package
    • To recieve a credit or refund all returned items must be in their original condition, and shrink wrapped products must be unopened. Please place the item you would like to return in a sturdy shipping package. Be sure to place the RMA in the package with the publication.
  4. Ship Package
    • Obtain a shipping label from your preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
