How do I reset the admin password for the TaxWise® Solution Center?

This video explains how to reset the admin password to the TaxWise® Solution Center.​

To reset your admin password, do the following:
  1. Browse to the TaxWise Solution Center.
  2. Click the Forgot username or password link.
  3. Enter your Client ID.
  4. Enter your Username.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Enter the Admin email address.
  7. Enter the Registration Code.
  8. Click Next.
  9. On the New Security Enhancements screen, click Continue.
  10. Click Send the code.
  11. Check your email for your temporary password.
    • Note:  Look for an email named Password Reset from donotreply@wolterskluwer.
  12. Click Back to login.
  13. Log in with the temporary password.
  14. Create a new password.
