How do I reset a user's password for the ATX™ Solution Center?
The Admin user can reset a user by doing the following,
- Go to ATX Solution Center.
- Click Login.
- Log in using your Client ID, Admin username, and password.
- Click Manage Users.
- Click Reset for the user that needs the password reset.
- Click Close.
- NOTE: If the user does not see the reset email have them check their spam and junk folder.
The user can reset the password by doing the following,
- Go to ATX Solution Center.
- Click Login.
- Click Forgot username or password?
- Enter your Client ID and username, then click Next.
- Note: The user will receive a temporary password via email.
How to access the Password Center in the ATX Solutions Center?
- Please go to the ATX Solutions Center (You do not need to log in to access the Password Center)
- You will see detailed instructions on how to reset the password of the Solutions Center and the ATX program, these instructions include videos.
