How do I reset a user's password for the TaxWise® Solution Center?


The Admin user can reset another user's password by doing the following:
  1. Go to the TaxWise Solution Center.
  2. Click Login.
  3. Log in using your Client ID, Admin username, and password.
  4. Click Manage Users.

  1. Click Reset for the user that needs the password reset.

  1. Click Close.
A temporary password will be sent to the email address entered for that user from dontreply@wolterskluwer.com. The user will then go back to the login and enter their credentials using that temporary password.

Note: If the user does not see the reset email, have them check their spam and junk folder.


The user can reset their own password by doing the following:
  1. Go to the TaxWise Solution Center.
  2. Click Login.
  3. Click Forgot username or password? 
  4. Enter your Client ID and username, then click Next.
Note: The user will receive a temporary password via email.
