How do I reset a user's password on the SFS Solution Center?

Procedure

The Admin user can reset a user by doing the following,

  1. Go to SFS Solution Center.
  2. Click Login.
  3. Log in using your Client ID, Admin username, and password.
  4. Click Manage Users.
  5. Click Reset for the user that needs the password reset.
  6. Click Close.

The user can reset the password by doing the following,
  1. Go to SFS Solution Center.
  2. Click Login.
  3. Click Forgot username or password? 
  4. Enter your Client ID and username, then click Next.
  • Note:  The user will receive a temporary password via email.
