How do I create a support case on the TaxWise® Solution Center?

  1. Browse to the TaxWise Solution Center.
  2. Under the Support Dropdown Menu, Click Open a Support Case.
  3. Log in using your client ID, username, and password.
  4. Complete the Multifactor Authentication if prompted.
  5. Select your issue category from the What best describes your issue list.
  6. Complete the rest of the form based on your issue selection.
  7. Click OPEN CASE.
