This video explain how to log in to the ATX™ Solution Center for the first time.


Your Client ID and ATX activation code can be found on the confirmation slip from your product shipment. If you forget your password, or if it expires, you can reset it by clicking Forget username or password? on the log in page and following the instructions. 

To log into the ATX Solution Center for the first time, do the following,

1. Go to MyATX Solution Center.
2. Click Login at the top of the page.
3. On the Client Login window, do the following:
   1. Enter your [client id] in the Client ID box.
   2. Enter Admin in the Username box.
      • Note:  This is the default administrator user name.
   3. Enter your [ATX activation code] in the Password box.
   4. Click the “I’m not a robot” box.
      • Note:  The Login button will appear.
   5. Click Login.
4. Important! On the “New Security Enhancements” screen, verify that your email address is correct, and then click Continue.
   • Note:  You can change your email address by clicking the box.
5. Check your email for the verification code.  Click Back to Login to return to the Login screen
   • Note:  You will receive a verification code from dontreply@wolterskluwer.com.
6. Enter the [verification code]  in the Password box.
7. Click Login.
8. Enter [new password] in the New Password and Confirm New Password boxes and click Change Password.
9. Click Continue.

Password Rules

• Passwords are case sensitive. This means if you create the password with certain letters capitalized, you must always type them that way.
• Must be at least 8 characters long
• Cannot exceed 100 characters
• Must contain at least one number
• Cannot contain the user name
• Cannot be any of the 10 previous passwords
• Must be unique to the Client ID: No two users associated with your office can have the same password.
• Expire every 90 days. After 90 days, you are prompted to create a new password.
