Navigation

We have rethought how content is organized and, in response, introduced a new navigation menu to let you more easily locate and navigate to the content or functionality you need. The main navigation bar consists of three main menus: 'My Corner', 'Support', and 'I want to…'

The 'My Corner' menu provides access to content that is unique to you and your firm. One example is 'My Cases' which provides a way to review existing support cases or submit new cases to receive assistance from Wolters Kluwer Support Teams.

The 'Support' menu contains links to self-service tools related to various Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting products. An example of this is the 'Diagnostics and Rejections' page which provides detailed information around the most common electronic filing related questions.

The 'I want to…' menu is a collection of actions, grouped together in one easy-to-access location, for the most common reasons you would visit. It provides both general actions, such as starting a chat with support as well as account management actions like viewing past invoices.

Contact Us

Our 'Contact Us' pages, found under the 'Support' menu, have been redesigned to better show the available support contact options and hours of availability. You will be able to locate contact options based on Product Families like CCH Axcess™, specific products like CCH® IntelliForms®, or by functional team like Billing.

Messages and News Flash

The site now includes functionality to provide you product-specific messages and latest news. These messages will help alert you to issues that may be impacting you, the products you most care about, or the availability of the support teams you are attempting to contact. Once logged in, you may dismiss the alerts by clicking on the "x" to indicate you have read them.

Products, Product Families, and Favorite Products

We have made it easier to find the product you are looking for information on by introducing Product Families to better group products together. In addition, you will also be able to mark a product as a favorite so you can create your own grouping consisting of the products you most care about.

Footer

The footer of the site has been redesigned to break out the most common destinations for visitors to the site. The footer will now provide direct navigation to different sections of the site like ‘My Corner', product support pages for the most commonly visited products, and to the various ways Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Support Teams can be contacted.

My Account

Overall functionality of 'My Account' remains consistent with the previous version of the site. The tools within My Account's navigation have been renamed to better reflect their purpose as well as to provide consistency with the 'I want to…' menu. Below are the former names of the tools and their new name following the update:

  • Address Change is now 'Change my address'
